Community Impact 2025–2026

Creating opportunity, connection and resilience across Stirling communities

These highlights provide a snapshot of our work during 2025–2026. Further information is available in our Trustees’ Annual Report.

Throughout the year, we supported people through early years and family support, employment, volunteering, digital inclusion, community learning, health and wellbeing, social connection, hardship assistance and dementia-inclusive activities.

Through our National Lottery Community Connections programme, we delivered 253 sessions and recorded 1,717 attendances across Raploch, Fallin, Plean, Cornton, Hillpark and Cowie. Reported outcomes included reduced social isolation for 1,121 people, improved family cohesion for 833, increased skills for 777, and improved wellbeing and resilience for 504.

Our Scottish Government Investing in Communities Fund programme delivered:

  • 1,372 instances of volunteer support
  • 107 new volunteering roles
  • 923 IT drop-ins and 1,255 digital inclusion sessions
  • 200 parent and toddler sessions
  • 305 family learning sessions
  • Support for 95 people to move into employment

Volunteers contributed 26,039 active citizenship hours, significantly exceeding our target of 15,000 hours. Participants also achieved 260 accredited and 1,884 non-accredited learning outcomes.

Our social connection and wellbeing work included 28 Community Chorus sessions, attracting 803 attendances from 97 people. We also delivered 87 intergenerational sessions, provided 2,938 health and wellbeing learning opportunities and supported 109 families experiencing financial hardship through trusted community routes.

These figures represent more than levels of activity. They show people connecting with others, developing skills, building confidence, accessing opportunities and contributing to their communities.
