Our 2025–2030 Strategy sets out the next chapter of Inspiring Communities’ work as a community-led regeneration charity across Stirling.

Shaped by community voice, lived experience, partnership working and strategic review, the strategy reflects a simple belief: local people are not passive recipients of support; they are partners in change.

Our work is guided by four strategic priorities: 

Opportunity

Supporting people to access meaningful opportunities through learning, volunteering, employability, digital inclusion, early years and family support, and wider community participation.

Health, Wellbeing and Connection

Reducing isolation and strengthening wellbeing through welcoming, inclusive and trauma-informed spaces where people can connect, build confidence and support one another.

Community Power and Active Citizenship

Helping local people move from taking part to having influence; shaping decisions, developing leadership, leading ideas and acting collectively on the issues that matter to their communities.

Resilient Organisation

Strengthening our people, governance, funding, partnerships, evidence and organisational learning so we can continue delivering meaningful, sustainable local impact.

Across all of our work, we are guided by the principle of working with communities, not doing things to them. We believe people thrive when they are met with dignity, trust and choice, and that lasting change is built through relationships, participation and shared power.

By 2030, we want to see more people accessing meaningful local opportunities, stronger routes into volunteering, learning and employment, reduced isolation, clearer community voice, more focused partnerships and a stronger, more sustainable organisation.
