Outcomes & Impact Framework - Measuring the difference our work makes

Our Outcomes & Impact Framework helps us plan, monitor, evaluate and evidence the difference our work makes across Stirling communities.

We measure outcomes linked to our strategic priorities: opportunity and inclusion; health, wellbeing and connection; community power and active citizenship; and organisational resilience and sustainability.

Our approach combines quantitative and qualitative evidence to understand not only how many people engage with our services, but the difference participation makes to individuals, families and communities. This includes attendance and engagement data, outcome surveys, feedback, case studies, progression tracking, volunteer records, partner insight and community voice.

We use this information to assess reach, participation, progression and long-term outcomes, helping us understand what is working, identify emerging needs and continually improve our services.

Performance and impact are reviewed throughout the year through programme monitoring, leadership oversight and Board reporting. This ensures we remain accountable to communities, funders and partners, while using evidence to inform decision-making, strengthen delivery and support future planning.

Our approach is proportionate, evidence-informed and grounded in lived experience; helping us demonstrate not only what we do, but the difference it makes.
