  • Deliver our services and support you

  • Evaluate and improve what we offer

Our lawful basis for processing personal data is usually legitimate interests, or explicit consent for special category data (e.g. health or equalities information).


How we keep your data safe. We are the data controller, and our IT systems are securely managed by Stirling Council. Your data is stored on encrypted systems and secure UK-based cloud backups, and we never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.


Your rights. Under data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access your data

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Object to or restrict processing

  • Request deletion of your data
